Definition: The body is our physical self including all of the systems you learned about in school. It also includes the inputs and outputs of the those systems that generates their purpose. This includes our food and nutrients that give energy and building material, as well as the energy that these systems generate that maintain and alter other systems and our environment. Many people like to think our our electromagnetic energy field as a spiritual thing, but here at IATAI, we believe if you can see it and measure it... it is physical.
We provide a vast array of services that benefit the body. These fall into 3 categories. Bodywork, NonMedical Nutrition, and Movement. Just because we focus on one part of the self doesn't mean we don't approach each of these body care practices in a way that benefits that mind and spirit as well. Wholeness is the goal.

As a lifelong student of the martial arts, I am a firm believer in the power of flexibility and movement in our body. Martial type movements are designed to gain strength and control over every part of your body to develop confidence and an indominable spirit.
