All of my personal consultations are available online or in person. I am located in the Alpine, Wy. If you are far away and really need to have someone in person, you are welcome to transport me. I have gone long distances for health. I try to be as flexible as possible to meet your needs. With technology these days, online is almost the same experience at a fraction of the cost. 9 Wk Wholeness Coaching
This is perfectly paired with my Foundations of Holistic Health Class (Currently under construction) or can be used by itself to help you walk through your transformative journey. You get weekly, one hour(ish) coaching sessions to develop an area of your transformative journey. If you have already taken some of our classes and you need the extra assistance putting it into practice or are just looking for additional support and guidance through your own journey, this is that long term solution you are looking for. -- $450
30 day Wellness Consultation
This is a great way to ensure success during Candida, Fibromyalgia, Detox, and many other Wellness programs. This is a much more flexible and specific package. All of our wellness programs require a bit more hands on to help you get the hang of the details. This is not just one hour sessions, this is virtual shopping trips, messages with food labels, encouragement when you need it, knowledge and support through a specific program. It is much more like on call tech support than a weekly coach. This is only offered in conjunction with our content courses so that your consulting time is not taken up with mountains of education. Feel free to take the course and then decide if you want to do the consultations. --$300
1 Hr Consultation
Basic, simple, one-on-one session to deal with anything you need.
This can be used as an upgrade to any of our courses if you want to get some personal time to work out some content. It can be used to follow up with us as a check-in after completing a larger program or just as a way to get introduced and get some information or advice. -- $50/hr
